After spending years working in large organisations, I started to notice a pattern. Processes were complex, decisions were slow and despite all of that, money was still being wasted.
Most businesses I now work with are either overpaying suppliers, working without structure, or losing margin without even realising it.
At the same time, smaller businesses were often left to figure things out on their own — juggling suppliers, managing costs, and making decisions without the time or support to step back and improve things properly.
So I created Mavenbridge to offer something different. Clear, honest advice. Practical improvements that actually work. A focus on relationships, not just contracts. And real, measurable results.
I help businesses take a step back and understand where their money is going, where it’s being lost and what can be improved.

Typically, I support by:

I also run tenders and negotiations, helping businesses secure better pricing and stronger terms, and build simple supplier scorecards so they can properly track performance and hold suppliers accountable.
I bring over 10 years of experience working across medtech, medical devices, FMCG, pharma, automotive and agriculture in roles focused on supplier management, cost optimisation, outsourcing and commercial decision-making.
Across my career, I’ve supported supplier reviews, cost reduction initiatives and process improvements that have delivered measurable savings and stronger supplier performance.
But just as importantly, I’ve also been on the other side.
I spent nearly 7 years running a small business, so I understand first-hand what it’s like to manage rising costs, tight margins, supplier challenges and the day-to-day pressure of keeping everything moving.
I know what it feels like to juggle multiple priorities, make quick decisions, and carry the weight of those decisions.
That experience shapes how I work.
I don’t offer theory - I offer practical, realistic solutions that actually fit your business.
I’m also qualified with a CIPS Level 4 Diploma in Purchasing and Supply, alongside a Law with Business degree, giving me both the commercial and contractual understanding needed to support businesses properly.
I’ve saved £10M+ in the last 6 years, reviewed 100s of contracts and saved businesses more than just money.
